We have a full service custom metal fabrication and design division. We are led by an experienced team, equipped with modern machinery and plant. We have been a fabrication unit from the core and have grown on the specialization of related projects. Our fabrication works are on par with best in the industry. Fabrication is the backbone of, most of the works in the oil and gas industry, from wellhead, refinery, pipe networks, process units, and structures to be fabricated.
Surface Preparation
METALFAB have the best in machinery and expert personnel to carry out the surface preparation works. We have a specialized team for surface preparation works who study the requirements and apply the solutions as per the requirement of the client and regulations. From abrasive blast cleaning to, pressure water cleaning, power tools cleaning, chemical cleaning, etc. are expertly done to assure the removal of residue, previous coatings, organic matters, oxidations, other containments, etc. All materials required to have its surface cleaned viz, steel, aluminum, wood, plastic, concrete, etc. are prepared by the help of respective tools for the job and specific work experts.
Protection
The protection of the materials is important for its life-span and efficient functioning of the equipment, process, plant or machinery. The protection coating or layers are to be aesthetically appealing and functionally strong to withstand the elements and/or the atmosphere it is exposed to. Installation
