METALFAB can design and manufacture oil and gas manifold systems that are capable of diverting oil/gas without interrupting the flow.

The oil/ gas from a well is transported through pipes network and delivered at various stations for further processing, transportation, etc. The pipe network is controlled and diverted to various parts through the manifolds. Manifold skids are mostly fabricated off-site, transported to the site, and installed adhering to the standard that is mandated by the industry standards. Manifold skids allow the control of the flow of the oil/gas.

Typically, these are operated to control flow lines from a separator to a burner (for disposal) and towards tanks for measurement or storage. These systems are also able to seamlessly divert flow in order to isolate test equipment for calibration or other purposes. Manifolds typically consist of a five-valve arrangement on liquids or a two-valve arrangement on gases.

The manifold skids are engineered and constructed, taking into consideration, the requirement for its transportation easiness for domestic and international transportation. The flexibility and ease of transport enable the user to have improved efficiency in the execution of the works, installation, and overall handling of the product in its lifespan and thus adding to the performance efficiency in a whole resulting in financial benefits. They are generally designed considering the exposure to the harsh environment and adopt a double sealing metal to metal structure to its valves.
